Dear Santa,

Merry Christmas.

So how is Mrs Claus doing?

How are you doing?

Are you well? I am so happy that it will be the holidays so soon. But be the time you get this it might already be the holidays.  Are you up to date with the presents. Hope you are.

I am 9 years old. I play basketball. I live in the country so my property is very big. where I live it is nominally sunny. I would think that it is snowing where you are. I have 4 brothers and one sister. My dad is 63 his name is Rex Graham and my mum 47 her name is Julie Greene. My brothers names are jack he is 11, Taver he is 37, Rowen is 33, Cam is 35 he died 3 months before I was born and my only sister Jessie. I heart my foot I hope are not heart. we have a Christmas party with all the greenes (my mum's side) and big diner with all the Graham's (my dads side).

Could I please a near gun, make-up, jerry, lollies, a Ipad, a slushy maker and  One more thing some light blue paint because my mum said I might to paint my room.

The night he died

A long time ago  in a little home a family lived. One day the father went out into the forest. He went looking for food and then he heard a nosce. He saw the bushes move and a - tiger twist his size jumped out. so he ran and ran, he lost it but then he noticed  he was lost.

The father began to say

“help me I want to go home I can not cook I have a wife and 2 kids”.

He look and look for food but he found nothing.. So he ran to look water but instead he found a puppy. It was a fluff ball. It was white with a touch yellowy gold.

“I will name you dear friend. Let me trame you.” So tramed him.

He was cold and it was dark. The forest was big and he was small. 5 days later at night he died, then wolf's eat the dead body and then walked off into a dark and gloomy cave. So dear friend ran away.  For then the wife went looking of him all that she found where his ripped closes and blood everywhere.

Best Times

This is a story of my holidays, when we were on the break from school. A time to be with your friends and family. Hope you enjoy it.

We were driving and driving but then I saw the snow on the hills. When we got there we went tobogganing. Plus we make this awesome snow man. I climbed up hills and broke the ice on the rocks and pushed the snow off the hill.

When we were at the snow, we stayed at the Chateau. It was so big and there was a tv in my room. We had big dinners and breakfasts. My dad had 7 and 6 bits of bacon and I went crazy went dessert.

After we left the Chateau we went to the caves. We went to 3 caves. My favourite was the glow worm cave. It was over 2 days. The place we stayed at had its kitchen outside. Jack and I had to climb a ladder to get to bed. In the morning we jumped onto my mum and dads bed.   

I went to Wellington to see my cousins new house. My cousin names are Nina and Joseph. They came to How To Train Your Dragon 2 with us. That night we all helped to make diner. It was dumpling night. Nina and  I made beef mince. And the boys made prawns.  

I liked the Chateau best because of the dessert.

At Night

I heard the cool breeze.

I heard the loud sound of my dad snoring.

I saw my big mirror.

I saw the dark roof .

I felt a the breeze hitting my face.

I felt my diary under my pillow.

I wondered if birds would fly into my room.

I wondered if I would wake up in the middle of  the night.

In class I have been learning about the points of the compass and directions.

This week I learnt about a programme called Scratch which uses directions to create a little computer program.

My job was to use Scratch to create something that could be shared with the rest of the class. What my Scratch was about was all down to me and my imagination! I had to be creative!

Swimming Sports

Swimming Sports is where the Year 4s, 5s and 6s at Havelock North Primary take part in swimming races in their houses. We then had to create a voki for homework about one of the races.

Our voki needed to tell the class about our favourite race at swimming sports and why we liked that one the best. We had to remember to hook our listener in and give the audience lots of interesting information.
